Lagos State Government Provides Covid-19 Palliatives To AFED

The Lagos State Government has provided food items for AFED Teachers and School Owners as palliative measures to ease the spasms associated with the lockdown of schools imposed in the state to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus.

Hon. Orji stated, "I assure you we cannot tolerate any act of indiscipline and pilferage during distribution of these items".

The beneficiaries, cut across the 6 (six) Educational Districts in the state are to receive Rice, Beans, Butter, Maggi (Food Seasoning), Garri, Milo, Golden Morn Cereal, Bournvita, Milk and Soft Drinks (Pepsi and Malt).

Our President, Hon. Orji warned that he will not tolerate any acts of indiscipline that will hinder the proper distribution of the items to the air marked beneficiaries. To this end, the executives, have been saddled with the responsibility of heading the committee in charge of the distribution of palliatives to all AFED member school owners and teachers in Lagos State.
